Stone wall cleaning and restoration in Aspley
This Aspley project from 2018 shows how cleaning and masonry repair can work together. The stone wall needed more than a surface wash: loose stones were reset and the mortar joints renewed as part of the restoration.

The completed Aspley stone wall
The completed wall is shown below after cleaning and masonry repairs. This photograph is from our Aspley project completed in 2018.

What the Aspley restoration involved
We cleaned the stone to reveal its natural colour, raked out the old mortar joints, removed and securely reset loose stones, and repointed the wall. The photograph records the completed work, and the original Facebook post provides the project details.
Discuss a wall that needs attention
Photographs of the full wall and close-ups of joints, cracks or loose stone help us understand the condition. Include your postcode and explain what has changed. Cleaning, repointing and any structural repair need to be assessed for the particular wall before a scope is agreed.
